THE BILLS:

Lowers costs and creates job opportunities by implementing a tax credit for businesses providing employment in a city or area that has a higher minimum wage than the state's minimum wage.

Prohibits foreign countries from buying land in Arizona.

Lowers Arizonan renter's monthly bill by abolishing the tax on rent.

Ensures broad access to credit by prohibiting financial institutions, insurers or credit reporting agencies from discriminating against any person based on a political affiliation, or other social credit, environmental, social, governance or similar values-based or impact criteria.

Exempts a public university student from having to pay student activity fees if they are a Veteran, recently married or became a parent, and other reasons.

Expands medical coverage by allowing people on Access to use Naturopathic doctors.

Stimulates entrepreneurship and lowers costs by preventing taxation on home based businesses.

Prevents the state government from discriminating against people who do not have a postsecondary degree. This helps reduce unemployment and saves on the cost of schooling.

Creates more business for real-estate appraisers.

Expands scholarships to private universities.
